Extremely disappointing experience. The host was highly irresponsible and completely unhelpful. He was not even aware of his own society rules and restrictions, because of which I was denied entry and left stranded outside in scorching heat. Despite repeatedly calling him for help, he did not bother to answer or assist in any way. There was absolutely no concern for guest comfort or basic responsibility. It felt like the host only cares about getting bookings and payments, not about the actual experience of guests. I had no option but to contact Airbnb support myself to get the booking cancelled and request a refund. I have already reported this property. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking this place. Very unprofessional, unresponsive, and careless host. Please do not risk your time, money, and peace of mind here.
